IHC to test fixed cells on slides IHC of pathological section
Procedure
Depends on the samples provided (Click here for IHC protocols from Crnbio Training Centre).
Customer Notices
Customer should provides the samples in advance.
CRN will setup the experiments on the next day after the arrival of the samples.
CRN will send the results and data in detail to customer ASAP.
Customer should be responsible for the accuracy of the material and related informations of the samples, customer is AOR for the inaccurate samples/informations.
Service Commitments
CRN will finish the experiments ASAP (please check the time table for details). CRN is responsible for the accuracy, objectivity and reliability of the results.
1. Climbing Cell Slides for IHC
Solution I: Customer provides the treated cells and first antibodies (includes the User Manual). CRN follows the protocols described above.
Solution II: Customer provides the cell line, drugs and the antibodies (includes the User Manual). CRN follows the protocols described above, or the customer/( the third part) provides the protocols.
2. Pathological Biopsy for IHC
Solution I: Customer provides the pathological biopsy and first antibodies (includes the User Manual). CRN follows the protocols described above.
Solution II: Customer provides the pathological tissues and first antibodies (includes the User Manual). CRN follows the protocols described above, or the customer/( the third part) provides the protocols.
