Cell Passage Service
Cell passaging or splitting is a technique to keep cells alive and growing under cultured conditions for extended periods of time. Cells should be passed when they are 90%-100% confluent. All work must be carried out in the microbiological safety cabinets which must be spayed with 70% industrial methylated spirits (or equivalent alcohol) prior to use. All tissue culture material must be kept sterile at all times!
Customer Notices
1. Customer provide the cell line or purchase from Crnbio cell repository or Crnbio purchase the cell line from the third part;
2. Customer save the expenses on cell lines when he provides the living cells.
Service Commitment
1. Crnbio provides the cryopreserved cells or a bottle of cell in logarithmic growth phase;
2. Crnbio treat the cells follows the protocols and harvest the cells (optional);
3. Crnbio provides the living cell images.
